Case First Forensics and Consulting, is a Forensic Education and Consultation Company whose goal is to provide an evaluation of crime scenes and criminal investigations for prosecutors and defense attorneys, enabling them to make informed decisions about their case. This is achieved through the use of various forensic disciplines, coupled with years of real world experience conducting law enforcement investigations.

We also offer training and mentoring to law enforcement agencies in a wide variety of investigative techniques.

Douglas Parker, M.A. - Mr. Parker has over 32 combined years in law enforcement experience. He began is law enforcement career in 1987 when he enlisted in the United States Air Force and became a Security Police officer. Upon transitioning from the military, Mr. Parker joined the Norman Police Department in 1994, where he worked as a patrol officer and served in the bicycle patrol unit. In 1999, Mr. Parker joined the Oklahoma City Police Department where he served as a patrol officer, a crime scene investigator, and a detective in the Crimes Against Children Unit and the Homicide Unit. Mr. Parker was also an Investigative Training Officer where he trained numerous crime scene investigators and detectives. Mr. Parker currently works for the District 22 District Attorney’s Office in Oklahoma, where he is the Chief Investigator covering three counites, and is the founder of Case First Forensics and Consulting, LLC.
